Helps us support expansion plans for Bali, Indonesia.

Dhamma Geha is the only centre in Indonesia — a country of 145 million people — which offers courses in our tradition.

Built during 2021 in less than nine months, the center’s current capacity is 48 students and 8 servers. And since officially opening in January of 2022, the center has been running courses continuously.

All courses are full with waiting lists. But Dhamma Geha is now needing support for three critical projects to better serve more old students. These projects include:

  • Relocation of the neighboring pig farm and purchase of the farmer’s land: so as to ensure that students are not disturbed by smells, flies and pigs right next door.

  • Long-term server accommodation: to build six rooms for long-term servers on a near-bye property while also protecting the center from expansion by the neighboring chicken farm.

  • Supporting construction/expansion plans: that include additional dorms, AT residence, and servers’ dining areas. This expansion would involve purchase of the near-bye fruit farm — allowing Dhamma Gela to increase its capacity to 120 students!
